This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Glow Electronics (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but due to the technical nature of our products, returns are subject to the conditions below.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

2. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

4. Technical Compatibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility before purchasing.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Incompatibility with your device
  • Lack of technical knowledge to install or use the product

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

    • Photos (if applicable)

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, incorrect item), we will cover return shipping costs.
  • For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

We reserve the right to:

  • Deduct costs for damaged or incomplete returns
